Contact suppliers and processors to assess their capacity and establish a master plan.
Create the production schedule and implement the plan.
Step 4: Purchase of Materials and Goods
Based on raw material consumption norms, determine raw material requirements and balance inventory to identify purchase quantities.
Proceed with the purchasing process.
Step 5: Production and Processing
Based on the plan, issue production slips to production units and processors, detailing item names, quantities, and completion dates.
Distribute raw materials, report on production quantity, material usage, scrap, product time tracking, and finished goods warehousing.
Implement in-process QC slips, record inspection data, and compile QC reports.
Step 6: Production and Processing Progress Report
Monitor the progress of orders, production, processing, and finished goods quantities for each production order.
Report on production management.
Step 7: Finish
Archive documents: production orders, production slips, QC slips.
Return product documentation and samples.
